      Willow has been invited to represent her breed in the "Parade of Breeds" at a large dog show/event on September 7th.  We have also been approached by two different people about training as a therapy dog.  (Visiting hospitals, nursing homes, schools etc.)  I am seriously considering this future for my little girl.  If she retains her love of meeting people I think it will be a good occupation for her.

      Willow has discovered the joys of fishing!  She LOVES it!  She will watch my brother for hours and help him with important details.  (Such as:  Kissing the little ones for luck before they go back to the lake.  Keeping an eye on the big ones to make sure they don't get up and run back to the water.  Playing with the leaches to make sure they are ready for the hook.  And the most important of all - Willow is in charge of the collection of seaweed.)  Riding in the boat has also become quite a treat for our adventurous girl.
